The strategy
Our team recognized the need for a solution that offered more than just access to branded merchandise. We built a scalable, integrated PunchOut experience directly into UNC Charlotte’s Jaggaer eProcurement system—allowing internal stakeholders to shop for pre-approved, brand-compliant products without ever leaving their purchasing environment… The Niner Shop was born.

Club Colors implemented a customized PunchOut catalog experience featuring a curated collection of approved apparel, promo products, and department-specific gear. Users can now log in through their internal eProsystem to access the custom Nine Shop, shop an easy-to-navigate portal, and place orders that are automatically routed through their existing approval workflows.
Backed by Club Colors’ in-house decoration, logistics, and support teams, every order is executed with precision and care—from product selection to final delivery.

The impact was immediate. UNC Charlotte departments now benefit from centralized brand control, simplified procurement, and full transparency into what’s being ordered and spent.
