Northeastern University - Commencement
The opportunity
Northeastern University Commencement. Offering merchandise for sale to parents + family members at 6 different campus locations that are hosting commencement events. Opportunity for folks to purchase quality items at affordable prices, to help celebrate students graduating in 2024. Also offering specific ‘School’ or ‘College Of’ merchandise, not just standard Northeastern items (School of Business, etc.).
The strategy
Working with the client to curate a specific list of items, including apparel, to offer at the 6 different campus locations.
The solution
All items are produced and then sorted, packaged, and shipped from our in-house facility to each location. This was very beneficial to each campus location as they simply receive ready-made ‘kits’ with all the merchandise they need to prepare for the events.
The outcome
Working with the client, we were able to facilitate the project from start to finish and assist with quite a bit of cost and time savings while building value in the commencement experience.
