LKQ - HR Tradeshow Booth
The opportunity
The LKQ Leadership Conference presented a unique challenge: to design a 40x40 booth for LKQ HR and their partners. The objective was to highlight each partner's contributions while maintaining a unified and cohesive design aesthetic throughout the space.
The strategy
Our approach centered on transforming their concept into reality, ensuring that the co-branding harmonized with the established brand standards. By prioritizing clear communication and collaboration, we aimed to create a booth that not only met but exceeded LKQ HR's expectations.
The solution
Our creative process involved the development of various mood boards, presented in a tiered good/better/best framework. These boards illustrated potential layouts, incorporating a range of technology features, branding elements, conversational areas, and distinct zones for each HR partner. This approach allowed us to visually communicate the diverse options and flexibility within the design.
The outcome
LKQ HR selected the "better" option, striking an optimal balance between innovative technology and impactful branding. The final design succeeded in bringing their vision to life, fostering a co-branded space that welcomed attendees to explore the HR services offered. Not only did we deliver within the set budget, but we also eased the client's workload, effectively narrated their story, and created an engaging environment that resonated with all participants.
