Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing &     Outreach
       
    • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates who align with our brand and culture.
    •  
    • Utilize various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry partnerships, to build a constant talent pipeline.
    •  
    • Collaborate with marketing to build and promote our employer brand, showcasing our culture and growth opportunities to prospective talent.

  • Candidate Screening & Evaluation
       
    • Conduct thorough screening and initial interviews, assessing candidates for cultural fit, experience, and potential to contribute to our growth goals.
    •  
    • Implement effective and structured interview processes to support objective hiring decisions across the organization.
    •  
    • Maintain active communication with candidates, providing an excellent and engaging candidate experience throughout the interview journey.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
       
    • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
    •  
    • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and platforms as needed.
    •  
    • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership on recruitment progress, challenges, and market insights.

  • Onboarding Coordination
       
    • Work with the HR team to design a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience that aligns new hires with our company values and operational practices.

    • Ensure a seamless transition from recruitment to onboarding, supporting new team members as they integrate into their roles.

  • Data-Driven Insights & Process Improvement
       
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our hiring process.
    •  
    • Stay up-to-date with talent acquisition best practices, industry trends, and compliance requirements, making recommendations for process enhancements.
