📍 Hoffman Estates, IL | 🕒 Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
💵 $20–$22 per hour | 40 hours/week guaranteed

What You’ll Do:

✅ Bring the print to life – Run our Auto M&R (or similar) press like a pro
✅ Keep it consistent – Ensure top-tier quality on every piece: color, alignment, and ink flow
✅ Pitch in where needed – From screen reclaim to ink mixing, you're part of the full print process
✅ Finish strong – Help with folding, packing, and prepping completed garments
✅ Stay sharp – Follow all safety and maintenance procedures like a true pro
✅ Collaborate & communicate – Work closely with team members to keep production moving smoothly

Your Daily Impact Includes:

🖨 Operate automatic screen-printing equipment to meet daily goals
🎨 Mix inks, match colors, and prep screens for each run
💡 Monitor every detail—print quality, screen alignment, and ink coverage
🧼 Clean and maintain screens, squeegees, and workstations
📦 Stage, fold, and pack printed garments with care
📊 Track inventory of blank and printed stock
🔧 Assist in off-press areas (screen exposure, reclaim, washout)
⏱ Jump into overtime when needed—especially during busy seasons

What Makes You a Great Fit:

✔ Previous experience with automatic screen-printing presses (M&R preferred)
✔ Familiar with screen setup, reclaim, and ink mixing
✔ Obsessed with quality—you catch misprints before they leave the press
✔ Solid hand-eye coordination, color perception, and stamina
✔ Team player who can also work independently
✔ Shows up on time, every time (reliability matters here!)

💡 Bonus points if you:

• Know your way around a reclaim bay or an ink mixing station
• Have experience in pre-press workflows and garment handling best practices
