Storm flap with snap closure. 2" wide reflective taping on front, back and sleeves. Half-elastic adjustable tab cuffs with hook and loop closures. Two large lower pockets. Drawcord waist and hem with toggle adjustability. This garment must be fully zipped to be in compliance with ANSI/ISEA standards. Complies with ANSI, ISEA.
